The location of Saxa Vord Distillery at 60' north makes us unique, and when we were developing our gin which is bursting with citrussy flavour we felt it deserved to be called ZEsty. Why ZE? Because that's how every Shetland postcode in the UK begins.

Rich sweet spice with fresh lemon and juniper, the big lemon hit is perfectly complimented by the black peppercorns and cinnamon.
