We're looking for someone who has the following:
• knowledge of brewing and distilling
• understanding of business finances
• understanding of product development techniques and establishing quality standards
• understanding of the impact of new investment and ensuring that sales are profitable
• team player, but able to work on own initiative
• good communicator – face-to-face/phones/email/social media.
