Inspired by the ocean that surrounds and supports Shetland’s communities we have taken locally foraged Bladderwrack Seaweed to create a uniquely smooth dry gin. Smoked lavender and a slice of grapefruit add an extra dimension to this Ocean Scent Perfect Serve.
This Perfect Serve is a site to be seen and tasted with smoked lavender creating a cocktail haze to base the classic G&T on top.

Light the lavender, place on a plate and cover with the glass the drink will be served in. Flip over, fill with ice, gin, grapefruit slice and fresh lavender and top with tonic.
