Aperol is the quintessential choice for a summer spritz and we've given it a Shetland Simmer twist. Inspired by Shetland's sensational summer skies (known as the simmer dim), this summer spritz will take your taste buds on a Shetland adventure.
~ 45ml Shetland Reel Simmer Gin
~ 35ml Aperol
~ 22ml freshly squeezed orange juice
~ 15ml Triple Sec
~ 7ml sugar syrup
~ Top up with soda water
~ Orange to garnish
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 second. Strain into a glass, top up with soda water and add a rind of orange to garnish.
