🍋 40ml Shetland Reel ZEsty Gin
🍋 20ml elderflower liqueur (we used St-Germain)
🍋 12ml lemon juice
🍋 Soda water (& or Prosecco)
🍋 Fresh mint & lemon rind
Pop the Zesty Gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and mix gently. Add ice to your glass and pour in the cocktail mix. Top up with soda water (& or Prosecco) and garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon rind.
